Download and Sign up to ooVoo Empty

Downloading ooVoo
  1. From the VillAge home page, select Communication Software
  2. Then select ooVoo
  3. Click the Download and Sign Up to ooVoo
  4. Click the Link at the top of the page, you will then be directed to ooVoo's web page
  5. Select the operating system you have (in this case Windows), select download now
  6. You will be prompted with a download, wait for that to be complete and run the setup wizard
  7. ooVoo installer will be launched
  8. Select the language you wish the software to be in
  9. Click Next (Note! You are accepting to the terms and conditions of ooVoo by selecting next)
  10. ooVoo will then be installed
  11. Select finish once it has been completely installed

Creating an Account
  1. When the download has been completed, you will be prompted to complete a form to create your own account
  2. You will need to create an ooVoo ID, this is a unique identifier that will represent your account name, in this case "villageadmin" was used
  3. Enter a password
  4. Enter the rest of you details in the designated areas
  5. Press "I accept"
  6. Your account has now been created, click Done
  7. You will now be signed in a ooVoo is ready to be used!
