ooVoo is an instant messaging client that allows users to engage in video calling with up to 6 other people. This software is very similar to that of the popular video calling software Skype.

GUIDE TO USING ooVoo
Here are some quick guides that may be useful. (Click the bold text to drop down the instructions)
ooVoo has 4 main menus at the top of the program. These are: File, Contacts, Actions and Help
- SIGNING IN:
1. Run/Open the ooVoo program
2. Enter your ooVoo ID which you created during sign up
3. Enter your account password
4. Click sign in
- SIGNING OUT:
1. Click File
2. Click Sign out
- ADDING A CONTACT:
1. Click Contacts
2. Click Find Friends
3. Enter your contacts details (Name, ooVoo ID or email address)
4. Click search
5. You will be able to see a list of successful matches, select the correct one and either View profile or Add.
6. The contact will be added to your ooVoo account
OR
1. Click the Add Friends Button
2. Complete steps 3-6 as above
- DELETING A CONTACT:
1. Right click contact name
2. Click More actions
3. Click Remove from Contact List
4. Confirm your decision by clicking Yes
5. They will now be deleted from your profile
- CONFIGURE AUDIO AND VIDEO SETTINGS:
1. Click File
2. Click Settings
3. Click Audio & Video in the left hand tool bar
4. Adjust settings as appropriate
5. Click Save
- CHANGE YOUR STATUS*:
*A status is how other see you, this can be Online, Busy, Away or Invisible
1. Click File
2. Click Change my status
3. Click the appropriate status
- CHANGE YOUR DISPLAY PICTURE:
1. Right click the image slot by your name
2. Click Change display photo
3. Select from File or Webcam
4. Take a picture or select the file and click open
